This is Soya Pulao recipe for your kitchen. Soya pulao is a very simple and easy to cook at home. Below is the instruction on how to cook soya pulao at home:
1/4 Cups of Soya Chunks, 1 Cups Basmati Rice, salt as per taste, oil 2 teaspoons, cumin seeds 1 teaspoon, turmeric powder 1/4, red chilli 1/2 teaspoon, coriander powder 1 teaspoon, ginger grated 1/2 teaspoon, garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon, 1 chopped medium tomato, green pea 1/2 cups, finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.
Step 1: Mix together soya chunks, 1 cup water, add salt in a bowl and cook in the microwave for 2 – 3 minutes, heat oil in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds and stir it till brown.
Step 2: Drain and add Basmati rice and mix. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and mix it well. Add soya chunks, tomato, salt, green peas, coriander leaves and mix it.
Step 3: Add 2 and 1/2 cups of water and mix well. Cover the cooker and cook till 2-3 whistles are given out. Reduce heat and simmer for 2- 3 minutes. Open the cooker when pressure reduces completely and serve hot.
